Oh, Goodie, it's a free sample from Goody! This offer changes every two months. The last offer was a free mini hair brush. The current free sample is for elastic hair bands (pony tails--or pig tails take your pick.) Goody manufactures ouchless hair accessories and pony tail holders for kids and adults. Goody items can be found at most stores including Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, and most grocery stores.
