ULTA regularly offers free product samples with no purchase required. These free sample offers are advertised in ULTA's monthly mailer, so be sure to get on the mailing list! You'll also get coupons by mail.
ULTA has a rewards program which is free to join. Just show your card to the cashier whenever you check out and earn points for free products. Rewards certificates are mailed out quarterly. With your certificate you're given a menu of free items you can get. For example, you'll see a chart of all products you can get for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 points. If you have 6 points you can get one thing under the six point list, six things under the one points list or any other combination you like. Salon services earn rewards points too, so these really add up and you can get some great free stuff.
