Finding the Free Sample Links
We've tried to make using our free sample site as easy as possible. On the left-side of this page you'll see a list of our main free sample categories: How to Use This Site, Free Beauty/Skin Care, Household, Food Freebies, Baby Samples, Health Freebies, Free Prescriptions, Pet Freebies, Business Giveaways, Movies and Music, Get Cash, Free for a Stamp, Coupons and Rebates, and Free Trials. For example, if you click on Beauty/Skin Care you'll be taken to that free samples page. A list of all available links in that category will be in the left-side column of the page. Just click a free sample offer and the information will appear in the main body of the page. Request the free sample and then move on to the next offer on the list. It's that easy. These are all 100% free samples offered directly from the manufacturer. We are in no way paid if you request them or not.

Where do you find free samples?
Everyday I scour the Internet for free samples, coupons, and ways to save money. This site started in 2004 as a way for me to organize free samples and coupons for myself and friends, but soon exploded into a resource used by tens of thousands of people. Free samples are posted here and also organized by categories, which you'll find on the upper left-side of this page. I research and gather free samples all week long and update the site at least once per week. Sign up for my freebie newsletter if you want to get the newest free samples before I add them to the site. I usually send one email per week. Nothing spammy--and I don't rent or sell your information.
Are the samples 100% free?
Yes! FreeStuffAndSamples.com is known for listing only free samples that 100% free. No offers to fulfill. No credit card information or surveys to fill out. Just 100% free samples being offered by the manufacturer. We are a no strings 100% free, free samples directory. We do have sections
where you can get samples for a SASE or free trials you can take advantage of. Please note those are separate from the free samples sections and require a little extra (stamp or CC information.)

How often is the site updated?
FreeStuffandSamples.com is updated daily, sometimes multiple times daily. If you have visited us in the past, you'll be happy to know that as of November 15, 2009 FreeStuffandSamples.com is now updated and run on a full-time daily basis.
